VOC Accelerated Evaporation Chamber
VOC accelerated evaporation chamber can extract free VOC/formaldehyde from the products through vacuum extraction and reduce release of such harmful material during the use of products.
VOC accelerated evaporation chamber is widely used in automotive, furniture and raw materials industries. It can also be used for drying if added with a function module.
When the VOC performance of entire vehicle does not meet national standards, automotive interior trim parts manufacturers need to cooperate with the host factory to improve or change substandard interior parts to meet certain requirements. However, as the mould, material and process have been determined, it is difficult, costly and inefficient to do improvement. To solve this problem, Simplewell designed the VOC acceleration evaporation chamber, which helps improve the vehicle performance by accelerating the evaporation of VOC from the finished or semi-finished product without the need to change production process.
