Mold for Insulator
The insulator is used as a type of insulating material for wire connection in industrial electric power plants. We have produced the largest insulator mold in China. This mold shuts out the fiber reinforced plastic tube to prevent silicone leakage. The cold runner slider is mounted on the bottom of the mold and each runner is equipped with a shut-off device. Only by controlling resin flow and its flexibility, injection molds of different sizes can be made. In addition, nickel plating rust must be avoided during the injection molding process.
