The cavitation air flotation machine is mainly used for solid-liquid or liquid- liquid separation. The pollutants in the sewage are divided into dissolved organics and insoluble substance. With the addition of coagulant and flocculants, the dissolved substances can be converted into insoluble substances. By injecting a large number of microbubbles in the sewage and with the bubbles adhering to the pollutants, the pollutants in the sewage will float to the surface under the reaction of buoyancy. And after the sludge is discharged by scrum removal system, the purpose of solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation can be achieved.
- The removal rates of petroleum pollutants and suspended solids are over 80 percent, and the removal rates of BOD and COD are up to 60 percent. Because aeration can increase the content of dissolved oxygen in sewage, which can promote the oxidation of sulfides and reduce the sulfur content in sewage.
