Post Indicator
The post indicator is mainly used in fire sprinkler system to indicate if a valve is open or closed, and is available in two models: vertical post indicator (underground post indicator/upright post indicator) and a wall post indicator (wall post indicator).
Advantage
Our fire protection post indicator is manufactured from cast iron, and its surface undergoes a special treatment before being painted red. This product will not rust and is resistant to corrosion, and is often referred to as a cast iron post indicator.
Field Adjustment
1. Remove the top section from the post indicator.
2. Cut the required stem length and adjust the standpipe to match up with the ground line.
3. Set the OPEN and SHUT targets for the appropriate valve size.
4. Reattach the top section.
