The A type rubber mixing mill is primarily used in rubber and plastic production factories for natural rubber plasticizing, raw rubber and compound mixing as well as a warm up unit for rubber and rubber sheeting.

Features

As an open type two roller mixing mill, it consists of a seat, frame, roller, driving gear, lubricating device, cooling and heating device, adjusting device of roller nip, safety brake, motor and reducer.
The polished roller, is made of chilled cast iron. Steam and cooling water can be injected in the empty roller to adjust the roller’s temperature. Two rollers rotate inversely with different speeds, so that rubber materials are drawn into the gap of the two rollers for processing.
