The ZENYER 104B egg grader is made of high-quality stainless steel for great durability. This egg grading machine is featured with a digital touchscreen and PLC control system. It sorts eggs into 6 grades. Eggs are weighed by electronic scale with accuracy within ±1 gram and a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour.
You could also attach a to form an egg processing line with the same capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour to perform egg cleaning as well.

Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto the by using the . This egg accumulator features candling to check leaking, dirty or cracked eggs. Then direct 6 lanes of eggs into 1 lane and transport them to the grading system.
It is also equipped with a stainless-steel candling cover and a mirror for better candling inspection.
ZENYER (single print head) is an optional attachment to print the company name and logo, date and Julian date, etc. on eggs.
Eggs are weighed electronically and graded into 6 grades.
The 104B egg grader is equipped with a control panel with a color touchscreen and physical buttons as well, you can set the grading specification and calibrate the grading accuracy through the touchscreen. It has a self-diagnosis system, which diagnoses any malfunctions that may occur.
It has a counting function as well, you can check how many eggs of each grade and total output per shift have been processed.
Manual collection tableGraded eggs will be dropped onto the sponge rollers, the rollers will transport the eggs to the corresponding collection table, you can collect the eggs from the table and pack them into egg cartons/trays manually.
