The 3/4 automatic screen printing line is composed of a flatbed screen printing machine, an automatic reclaimer, and a light curing machine. Feeding is done manually while the discharging process is automatic.
When the flatbed screen printing machine completes printing, and the printing arm lifts, the mechanical arm of the discharging machine automatically inserts itself into the space between the printing arm and the printing platform. It will grasp and pull out the printed material, and then send it to the next procedure. This improves efficiency while still saving man power. This printing system is best suited for printing on soft material, such as paper.
