SEJ168 Series of Electronic Jacquard
Introduction
The SEJ68 series of electronic jacquard is elaborately manufactured for high-speed fabric weaving with big patterns. Applicable for wide variety of rapier loom, water-jet loom, air-jet loom, and shuttle loom home and abroad, this chain drive electronic jacquard can be used for producing trademark, tie, towel, window screen, curtain, bedding, tapestry, and some others.

1. The simple shed structure, as well as the minimal quantity of parts and components, makes for the stable operation and the convenient maintenance of our textile weaving machine. More importantly, the cost for maintenance and repair can be reduced, accordingly.
2. The self-lubricating chain, whose carrying capacity and service life can be 3-5 times that of the regular chain, can produce the transmission efficiency as high as 96%.
3. Safe and reliable, the effective heat dissipation can prevent the mechanism and electronic components from being damaged due to the reliable high-power fan.
4. The gas spring for automatic loom is convenient for maintenance.
5. The fast rotation speed and the low torque make the electronic jacquard quite suitable for weaving fabric with wide heavy patterns.
6. For stable operation, our jacquard weaving machine is offered with special roll steel bearings possessing big loading capacity.
