The triple-roll pellet crumbler offers a choice of 5 models. All of them take little floor space and run ultra quiet all while delivering a high efficiency. Built-in pellet bypass provides an alternative route for pellets that do need size reduction.
Sample door allows easy collection of pellet crumbs for quality check. Designed specially for working with shrimp feeds, the triple-roll pellet crumbler uses three rolls with uniquely designed flutes (corrugations) to achieve exceptional crumb fineness. The top roll is separately controlled by a variable frequency drive for uniform distribution of materials.
Large-diameter rolls deliver better crumb results at a faster speed than one using small rolls. Via the sample door, pellet crumbler operators will easily know the quality of pellet crumbs as they are processed. Easily adjustable rolls distance allows the feed processing equipment to handle a variety of aquafeeds, including fish feed, shrimp feed, and prawn feed.
