Features of the Wire Rod Cold Rolling Mill
1. The rod mill’s inlet wire diameter is between 5.5mm-14mm while the outlet is 4mm-12mm. The steel rolling mill has a maximum speed that can reach up to 720m/min.
2. 9.5m oil pressure controlled payoff. The rod roller automatically stops production if a defect is detected in the steel rebar.
3. Wire drawing is driven by a frequency drive system that features a roller surface sprayed with tungsten carbide.
4. Double vertical spoolers feature automatic switching with a coiling weight limit of 3T/set.
5. Can be equipped with a ribbing roller die unit to produce cold rolled ribbed rebar.
