This precision-made cold drawn seamless steel tube has a strong mechanical structure, even wall thickness and finished, straight surface. The inner and outer diameters are precisely made, with the inner diameter having a dimensional accuracy of grade H9 to H10.

Made of quality carbon and alloy steel, such as C20, CK45, ST52, 27SiMn, all of these hot-rolled seamless steel pipes undergo pickling, cutting, rinsing, phosphate, saponification, cold drawing, straightening, stressing (a hot treatment) and correction treatments. These treatments raise the quality of the cylinder tube so that they are efficient and energy-saving. 

This precision-made honed tube (GB8713) is an improved version of the cold drawn cylinder tube with a carefully honed and well finished internal surface (Ra0.4-0.2) and with bores of higher dimensional accuracy ranging from H7 to H9. Our honed pipes undergo cold drawing, stress relief annealing, straightening, honing of bores, saw cutting and packaging. Made from of quality carbon and alloy steel, such as C20/SAE1020, CK45, 25Mn, ST52, 27SiMn, this straightenedhoned tubing has an even wall thickness.

This roller burnished tube (GB8713) is a cold drawn cylinder tube with an inner surface that has been further finished by advanced roller burnishing tools. Its bore has a high dimensional accuracy (H7-H9) and finish (Ra0.2 or better) and is straightened. Made of quality carbon and alloy steel such as C20/SAE1020, CK45, 25Mn, ST52 and 27SiMn, the roller burnished tube undergoes cold drawing, stress relief annealing, straightening, roller burnishing, and saw cutting, which increases the efficiency and durability of this hydraulic cylinder part.
