A linear hydraulic motor is an essential mechanical actuator used to give a unidirectional force through a unidirectional stroke. It has many applications, most notably in construction equipment (engineering vehicles), manufacturing machinery, and civil engineering.

We offer three classic types of hydraulic cylinders: the metallurgical equipment hydraulic cylinder, engineering hydraulic cylinder, and heavy duty hydraulic cylinder. Customized hydraulic cylinders are available for customers with specific requirements. To ensure a reliable and efficient performance, we design our hydraulic components with the following features:
1. The piston rod is made of high strength carbon steel using advanced honing techniques and heat treatments for great mechanical strength;
2. Coated with hard chrome plating, this hydraulic cylinder has an evenly finished surface with a fine oil film, increasing its service life;
3. The cylinder body is made of high-strength alloy steel and processed by roller burnishing tools for a hard and finished surface that minimizes internal friction damage and extending its service life;
4. Instead of manual welding, we use robotic welding so that each cylinder is high quality. Ultrasonic testing prevents any defects from the welding process.

This metallurgic equipment hydraulic cylinder withstands high pressure and is small, lightweight, and easy to move. Because of its large and efficient output, the metallurgic hydraulic cylinder is used in metallurgy, ship building, wind power, engineering equipment production, transport machinery, mining equipment, petroleum machinery and port machinery.

The double-acting single-rod hydraulic cylinder is also equipped with trimmer valves and optional relief valves. Customers can choose between two speed ratios, 17 cylinder diameters and 13 installation methods. The hydraulic part can be used with mineral oils, emulsions and phosphates. Mounting dimensions of all hydraulic cylinders comply with ISO6020/1-1981standards.

This reliable double-acting single-rod hydraulic cylinder is made of quality materials that can withstand high pressure and stress, is welded with advanced techniques, and is tested with rigorous ultrasonic tests.

The engineering hydraulic cylinder also has a stepless speed adjustment that is large scale (1∶2000) and allows users to regulate the speed while operating the hydraulic system. The small and lightweight HSG hydraulic cylinder can withstand high temperatures and has a high mechanical strength that evenly and smoothly maintains movement, even during high pressure load changes. This cylinder is ideal in hydraulic systems used in engineering equipment, lifting machinery, ship machinery, and machine tools.

We also offer non-standard cylinders with customized specifications for those with unique requirements in certain applications. Its cylinder diameter ranges from φ40 to φ1200mm and piston rod diameter from φ22 to φ800mm. Strokes can be as long as 16,000mm. Our custom hydraulic cylinders are often used in auto cranes, static pile driers, shield tunneling machines, chemical machinery and rubber manufacturing machinery.
