Performance Characteristics
  • The auto light inspection machine can automatically perform equidistant separate bottle feeding. Bottles enter into the inspection station smoothly.
  • It adopts multiple servo motors for bottle rotating and stopping. Hence, the bottles can quickly rotate at adjustable speeds and instantly stop, which makes it easy to inspect the movement of impurity in liquid.
  • The high resolution CCD linear array sensor can get high definition images. This improves the reliability of tiny impurity (min. 30 micron) inspection results.
  • Smooth movement helps ensure camera shooting stability.
  • The light inspection equipment can automatically reject defective products and achieve classified statistic of qualified and defective products. The size and quantity of the products to be rejected can be adjusted according to customers’ specific requirements.
  • The use of LCD touch screen tablet computer for human-machine interface ensures easy, convenient operation.

To make customers have a better understanding of our auto light inspection machine, here we introduce the machine operating principles.
Products will be transported to bottle feeding star wheel by conveyor. Then the bottles will be sent to the inspection station by the star wheel and will do high speed rotation due to rotary mechanism. After the liquid in the bottles rotates with high speed, the bottles will enter into light source area and stop rotating. While the liquid is still rotating, the camera will capture images at this time and then process them to identify impurity.
If there is any visible impurity, the product will be recognized as substandard goods. Meanwhile, different light sources will be applied to inspection to improve qualification rate of inspection. The products with one time disqualification will be recognized as defective goods and respectively enter into bottle storing area by bottle separating device.
