3. The rework station can achieve the real-time tracking and real-time correction of air outlet temperature, since it is equipped with the microcomputer PID program. The PID temperature correction cycle is 100ms. Due to the rapid correction of the temperature, the equipment is low in power consumption.
4. YIHUA-2008D hot air rework station adopts the brushless fan which comes with long service life but low noise generation. Additionally, it is doubled in working efficiency, because of the high quality heating element used to the brushless fan.
5. Its air gun handle utilizes the high quality skeleton heater. This type of heater is durable in use, and offers high efficiency. Besides that, the air gun handle comes with the security protection function. When power on, the handle must be at frame, so that the machine can start working properly.
