ABS,PS,HIPS,PMMA Sheet Extrusion Line
This series of sheet extrusion line can be further divided into various models, including the PMMA-ABS sheet extrusion machinery, HIPS extruded sheet production line, and other plastics sheet extrusion lines. Products made by this sheet extrusion line are commonly used for the following applications.
Bathroom
Extruded from PMMA-ABS materials, the plastic sheet retains not only the rigidity and shiny luster of the acrylic material but also the impact-resistance of ABS. It stands up to temperature extremes, wear, and corrosion, giving good machinability. The sheet is often considered as a mainstay of bathroom, and is commonly used to construct the bath tub, shower room, steam room and the wash basin.
Refrigerator
We use the refrigerator almost everyday and don't even give extruded sheets a thought. However, if we look closer, we will find a piece on the refrigerator drawer, inner liner, and the drip pan. Plastic sheets for use on the refrigerator are usually extruded from the ABS, fluorine-free ABS, anti-bacterial ABS, HIPS, and high-gloss HIPS materials. Impact resistant and chemically stable, these sheets deliver high toughness even at extremely low temperatures.
Home Appliances
The ABS, HIPS, and PMMA plastic sheets produced by this sheet extrusion line can be employed to construct the water dispenser and sterilizer cabinet.
