Printing, Coating and Lamination Line
This series of printing, coating and lamination line is designed after combining the advanced foreign technology with HANDERN's years of experience in the manufacture of printing, extrusion coating and lamination equipment.
The variable-frequency drive of our multifunctional printing, coating and lamination line has such advantages as high accuracy, responsiveness, interference resistance, steady transmission, and reliable electrical control.
HANDERN extrusion coating and lamination line is fit to make corrosion inhibiting paper which is often used to package steel plate. It is comprised of two sets of equipment. One laminator is for producing paper, woven cloth, and composite material made of woven cloth and plastic film. The other is an extrusion coating machine for producing coated laminates using corrosion inhibitor and base paper.
Our wide-width pneumatic printing, extrusion coating and lamination line is made up of the printing unit, extrusion unit, and lamination unit. Its basic process goes like this: main substrate - printing - auxiliary substrate - extrusion lamination.
