Made with multiple innovative extrusion technologies, our cast film printing and lamination line is mainly designed to perform printing and lamination on the paper substrate. The resultant laminate is used as quality wrapping paper. The extrusion lamination equipment used on this laminate production line represents an upgrade from the model SDF. It uses LDPE and LDPP as raw plastic materials to produce thin hot extruded films which will then be coated onto the paper, non-woven fabric, woven cloth, and aluminum foil.

The purpose of lamination is to form a thin film or overlay on the substrate surface. This cast film printing and lamination line is ideal equipment for producing paper cups, non-woven cloth, kraft paper, release liner, aluminum foil, duct tape, gauze, PET film, etc.
