FY-3286W 6-Color Eco-Solvent Printer
Our FY-3286W 6-color eco-solvent printer is equipped with SPT-series print heads and can achieve 6-color 4-level grayscale printing. Image produced by this printing equipment presents bright color and has quality as good as an outdoor photo. In addition to excellent image quality, this eco-solvent inkjet printer features higher printing speed and printing precision to meet your demand.
Designed with a large floor-type body, our ourdoor printer can work stably and is adaptive to long-term operation helping enhance your company's competitive strength. The 5-section pre-heating system, combined with hot air & cool air drying system, makes the printed image dry quickly to avoid ink deposit or medium adhesion.
Features
1. This 6-color eco-solvent printer adopts SPT-series 35pL 1020 grayscale industrial print head produced by SII Printek Inc. This is a specially designed dedicated print head for wide applications. With minimum droplet of 12pL, the SPT-series print head supports printing with variable droplets of large size, medium size and small size.
2. Independent positive pressure cleaning system allows the print head for each color to be cleaned separately by pressing the keys. This cleaning system helps reduce ink waste to the largest degree.
3. With maximum printing speed of 96m2/h, our 6-color eco-solvent printer can be expanded into a UV reel-to-reel printing machine supporting 12 508GS print heads working simultaneously at a double printing speed .
4. Automatic tension and medium control system ensures smooth medium feeding in and take-up.
5. Heavy mechanical structure makes for elegant appearance of this 6-color eco-solvent printer.
