YUZL Series Vibration Motor
Introduction
The YUZL series vibration motor is one of our newly develped products. It is based on premium design and has stable working performance. The exciting force can be adjusted at several grades, meeting varoious practical needs.
Feature
1. The rotor and stator are made of primium sillicone steel sheet. Pure copper coils are adopted for this industrial motor to achive small heat dissipation, low energy consumption, and high efficiency.
2. The YUZL series vibration motor adopts vertical flange structure, leading to small motor size, light weight, and rapid starting.
3. The flange plate installation structure has facilitated the installation and maintenance, simplified the product structure, lowered the product price, and enhanced the material processing efficiency.
4. The NSK6313Z series lubricant-free sealed bearings are used in this vibration motor. The serice life of the bearings could suppass 10,000 hours.
5. New sealing techniques and sealing elements are adoted. Thus the vitical motor has much better dustproof and moistureproof performance.
Principle
Vibration motor is a combination of dynamic souce and vibration source. Our motor comes with an adjustable eccentric block at both ends of the rotor spindle. The exciting force can be achieved from the centrifugal force generated by the high speed ratation of spindle and eccentric blocks.
The YZUL motor can produce horizontal, vertical and inclined exciting forces which are easy to be adjusted. Driven by this vibrating screen motor, the material can rapidly spread, aggregate, or rotate (on the surface or in 3D space). By adjusting the 3D exciting force, you can control the vibration motor 's mechanical properties like material feeding speed and processing precision, meeting different requirements for vibration source.
