The motor-in-head concrete vibrator is an upscale vibration equipment for concrete compaction. This concrete vibrator has advantages of high frequency, high efficiency, and low noise. The voltage of its driving motor is 42 V, so it must be connected to a frequency converter. This high frequency concrete vibrator is prominent in a high level of safety.
Motor-in-head concrete vibrators are recommended for operations in areas have high requirements regarding construction environment or labor protection, such as countries in Europe and Southeast Asia.
Design Principle
Vibrating poker head of motor-in-head concrete vibratorAs the name suggests, motor-in-head concrete vibrator has a built-in motor placed in poker head, so that the motor can directly drive the eccentric shaft to produce vibration. In this process, there is no loss of torque, so the vibration efficiency is higher and its noise is lower.
