Tilt and Turn Fitting for Alu-Wood Window
This ATT90 series tilt and turn fitting for alu-wood window is one of our patented furniture fitting products. The alu-wood part is the decorative window fitting that thermal insulation effect, while aluminum alloy part is responsible for load bearing of the entire window.
Design Ingenuity
Due to different coefficients of thermal expansion of wood and aluminum material, load bearing screws in this tilt and turn fitting are not deployed on wood parts. The technical innovation in our furniture fitting for alu-wood window lies in the solution to hinge placement.
The hinge adopts standard European groove structure, and sash of alu-wood window utilizes commonly used PVC groove. As a result, the sinking problem of alu-wood window is solved in a holistic approach.
