PAD,PE,PP Printing Ink
Our pad, PE, PP printing ink features good resistance to alcohol wipe, abrasion and scratching, full color, high adhesion and excellent printing effect. This pad printing ink is mainly used on treated and untreated PP and PET materials as well as treated PE and similar materials.
Physical Properties
1. The PP printing ink is suitable for silkscreen printing and pad printing.
2. Surface dry time is about 15 minutes. Actual dry time is above 3 hours. Hot air below 100℃ can be used to accelerate drying.
3. Diluting agent is available in PP high speed, PP middle speed and PP slow speed options. They can be mixed for use. Required temperature is 30℃.
4. Coating area of this pad, PE, PP printing ink is 35m2/kg.
5. Fineness is below 5μ.
6. Wash water can be used as cleaner.
Chemical Properties
This silkscreen printing ink can mix only with the same series ink.
