In oil and gas drilling operations, the safety clamp is used to prevent drilling tools from sliding when making up or breaking out connections, and its gripping range could be adjusted by changing the number of chain links.
Feature
Owning to the multi-segment design, this rig handling tool provides uniform gripping pressure around drill pipes, so there is little risk of crushing thin-walled pipes or damaging pipe surfaces.
Classification
As a piece of cost-effective well drilling equipment, our safety clamp is applicable for flush joint pipe and drill collar, and it is further divided into three models which are MP, WA-C and WA-T.
