Asphalt Pavement Maintenance Truck
As compared with conventional road maintenance trucks, the AD5160TYHBW asphalt pavement maintenance truck is additionally designed with asphalt heat insulation function. It is a multi-purpose, high-efficiency type of road machinery for asphalt pavement maintenance and conservation. The asphalt pavement maintenance truck can serve as a tank truck for long-distance, high-capacity, and heat-insulated asphalt transport. It can also perform hot recycling on cold asphalt.
When repairing roads, one shall first use a road milling machine to cut the damaged pavement, and use breaking tools (such as hydraulic hammer) to crush and remove the damaged surface. Then, spray hot asphalt or emulsified asphalt on the damaged part, and pave the hot asphalt mixture discharged from the hot aggregate bin onto the surface. After getting the mixture flattened, the vibratory roller suspended in the front of the asphalt pavement maintenance truck will compact the mixture into a flat surface.
The above mentioned road repair method can be a quick fix to problems of pits, cracks, upheavals, bleedings, etc., improving the economic efficiency of large-area pavement maintenance.
