VICUT waterjet cutting machine features a gantry designwhich facilitates material loading and unloading. The finished cut edge issmooth, taper-free.

LinearGuide or Slide Way: VICUT waterjet cutting system uses quality linearguide with roller bearings. It is ball screw driven for optimal precision. Ballnuts are bought from Taiwan,which engage seamlessly with the ball screw to ensure cutting precision. 

X-axis and Y-axis: Both axes use Japanese servo motor to power thecutting motion and ensure accuracy. 

Dust-proofdesign: Built-in dust-proof cover keeps out dust and water to assurea clean guide rail, which in turn guarantees cutting accuracy and easy cleanupand maintenance of the waterjetcutting equipment.

Centralizedlubrication system: The lubrication system will automatically spray oil onto waterjet parts at every 10000km of running of themotion system. This is to ensure precise movement

Manual operation system: The manual operation mode gives waterjet cutting machine usersthe ability to cut ultra-long materials while protecting their safety. 

Pneumatic UnloaderValve: The unloadervalve controls the air pressure of the waterjetsystem, which in turn maintains proper operation of the air knife under load orat no load at all.

To future reduces operators’ workload, VICUT develops this pneumatic feedsystem which is able to store up to 100kg of abrasive sands and supply them simultaneouslyto two waterjet cuttingmachines at once.
