Introduction
The PX stone crusher, typically used as a sand making machine, uses the highly wear-resistant double alloy composite single stage crusher hammer, whose service life can reach more than five times the original high manganese steel and rail steel products, and the crushing efficiency is improved by more than 30%.
This kind of hammer is characterized by being composed of two alloy liquids. Because the hammer is cast by centrifugal pressure casting process, the typical problems of the one cast by inlaying method-easy fall-off and bad wear resistance-will not longer exist. Applications

1. The hammer head is made of high hardness and high wear resistance alloy steel, with hardness up to HRC62-65. The hammer handle is made of high toughness manganese steel. The hammer overcomes shortcomings of single alloy hammer which is easily broken with high hardness and easily wearable with high toughness.
2. The position of screen plate can be flexibly adjusted to facilitate the particle size control.

4. The rotor is of welded structure, eliminating the inherent casting sand holes and other defects.
