Features of Pocket Filter
1. This bag air filter has an aluminum alloy or galvanized steel frame to ensure its shape stability and service life;
2. Between each bag of this is a metal bar which protects the bags from damage caused by the pressure of fast currents;
3. Each filter bag has six spacers inside so the bags won 't expand or overlap when the airflow pressure gets high, keeping the filtration area large and unobstructed;
4. The edges of each filter bag are fused using advanced technologies so the filter is strong and durable;
5. Instead of the traditional glass fiber, we use super-fine synthetic fibers in the pocket air filter to reduce the chance of bacterial growth or damage;
6. As the filtration media of this air filtration product contains antistatic fibers, this mini air filter effectively traps submicron dust particles. We offer five models with filtration rates of 35%, 45%, 65%, 85%, and 95%.
Applications of Pocket Filter
We offer this small pocket filter with a simplified design in several models that work for the pre-filtration of air handling units and secondary air filtration of clean rooms. It 's often used in environments where air purity is a high concern, such as hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, electronics plants, coating and spraying workshops, offices, etc.
