Solid Liquid Manure Separator
Solid liquid manure separator is a bio fertilizer machine that can be used to remove the water from the wet manure before it is fed into the dryer, as it separates liquid organic fertilizer from solid fertilizer. Liquid fertilizer can be directly absorbed by crops, and the solid fertilizer can be transported to barren areas to add to the soil, or be fermented for the production of organic compound fertilizers. Different animal manures, such as chicken, pig and cows can be used in this machine.
This animal dung dewatering device can be used for the solid/liquid separation of different materials, including vinasse, medicine dregs, starch reside, soy sauce residue, and waste water from slaughter houses. To meet different customer needs, we provide two different models of the manure dehydration machine with capacities ranging from 4-6 m3/h and 8-10 m3/h. Both machines are efficient, have a reliable performance and a long service life.
