This disk granulator also has a wide range of applications, including compound fertilizers, medicine, chemicals, animal feeds, coals and metallurgical industries. Features
1. With no drying device needed, this granulating machine can produce fine grains at normal temperatures.

3. To ensure the long service life and the smooth and safe operation, we have utilized a desilting design, consisting of scraper blades and specially designed plates. The unpowered blades can effectively clean the plate and ensure the right granulation size of the finished fertilizers (90%, with a range from 3 to 5mm).
4. This pellet machine is equipped with three outlets, which means it can work on end, reducing labor intensity and improving the productivity.
5. As the master gears of the machine have gone through high-frequency quenching processes, they have an extended service life that is generally longer than traditional granulators. The high strength FRP lining on the plate makes it more durable and resistant to corrosion.
