Our refrigerated warehouse is computer-controlled and automatically defrosts. Configured with compressors and refrigeration parts from well-known and trusted brands, this simply designed custom cold room has good thermal insulation, high strength, and corrosion and aging resistance.
Characteristics of the Refrigerated Warehouse
Structural Insulated Panel
We make rigid polyurethane and polystyrene foam insulated sandwich panels using high-pressure foaming technology for our refrigerated warehouse. The cold storage can be made for a variety of lengths and specifications to meet the specific needs of customers. The cold room door panel comes in colored steel, salinization steel, stainless steel, or embossed aluminum.
Easy Installation and Removal
Uniformly molded cold room panels are linked together via corrugated grooves, which is easy to install, disassemble and transport. It takes 2-5 days to make small and medium refrigerated warehouses ready for delivery. The refrigeration parts for this cold room can be combined or added according to the customer’s needs.
Types and Wide Application Scope
Based on the temperature range of refrigeration, our refrigerated warehouses are divided into several types: cooling warehouse ( 15°C to 8°C), freezer warehouse ( 8°C to 2°C), refrigerated warehouse for cooled products ( 5°C to -5°C), refrigerated warehouse for frozen products (-18°C to -23°C) and an ice warehouse. Our refrigerated warehouses all have wide temperature ranges for use in different applications.

| Cooling Warehouse | The cooling warehouse stores food that requires cooling or pre-cooling in room temperatures. The processing cycle is generally 12-24h; the cooled food normally has the temperature of 4°C. |
| Freezer Warehouse | This freezer warehouse can realize a quick temperature decline to -15°C or -18°C from room temperature or cooling temperature; the processing cycle is generally 24h; it stores food that needs to be frozen. |
| Refrigerated Warehouse for Cooled Products | High-temperature refrigerated warehouse stores fresh eggs, fruit, vegetables and other foods. |
