The SF91 injection molding machine servo drive is designed in line with the operating characteristics of injection molding machine. Features of Injection Molding Machine Servo Drive
1. Energy Saving Rate of 40%-75%
The servo drive adopts double-loop pressure and flow control. The oil inlet will depend on the actual need, to overcome the high energy consumption resulting from the pressure overflow of ordinary metering pump.
In pre-injection, molding, injection, and other high-flow sessions, the servo motor works in accordance with the set speed. In pressure maintaining, cooling and other low-flow sessions, the motor works at low speed or stops. In this way, the actual power consumption is reduced.

2. Quick Response, High Production Efficiency
The response takes quite a short time. The pressure rise time and flow rise time are as short as 50ms, speeding up the response of the hydraulic system. The movement conversion time is reduced, so the production efficiency is improved.

During automatic running, when the valve is opened, the system pressure will instantly drop and the servo system is able to quickly add the oil in less than 50ms, restoring the pressure to the set value.

3. Stable and Precise Pressure
The good regulating ability and closed-loop pressure control make the system pressure very stable, with a pressure fluctuation of less than ± 0.7bar. It means that the molded plastic products will have improved quality. The servo drive can also work according to any pressure and flow curve set by the computer, which creates the conditions for the development of molding process of a variety of plastic products.

4. High Repeatability, Material Saving
The servomechanism uses closed-loop speed control, and the injection movement has high repeatability precision. As a result, the plastic products will be excellent in precision and consistency.

An ordinary system, consisting of asynchronous motor and metering pump, has the disadvantage of speed change due to changes in the grid voltage and frequency. The speed change will cause flow change, and thereby reducing the yield of plastic products. Our servo drive overcomes this disadvantage.

5. Small Oil Temperature Rise
From start-up to steady state, the injection molding machine only has a small oil temperature rise of 8 ℃ -10 ℃. Under room temperatures below 35 ℃, there is no need for cooling water. The quantity of chiller is greatly reduced, and the life of the machine, especially the durability of hydraulic oil and hydraulic wearing parts (e.g. seals), is extended.

6. Simple and Quick Installation
Since it is an asynchronous motor that is driven by the servo drive, so there is no need to replace the original motor and pump of the injection molding machine. You can simply add a pressure sensor.
