GBS series high efficiency automatic coating machine is suitable for coating tablets, pills or candies with organic film, water-soluble film, slow and controlled release film, sugar and chocolate coating, having extensive applications in pharmaceutical, food and confectionery industries. This automatic tablet coating machine is manufactured in conformity with GMP requirements, featuring high efficiency, energy saving, and safe operation.
Features
- Integrated structure design delivers superior look, excellent sealing, easy cleaning and free of dead zones;
- Multiple mixing impellers are positioned inside the drum to uniformly coat the tablets, without damaging them;
- Automatic discharging by counter rotation, eliminating the need for internally or externally installing additional unit for discharging, therefore making the operation easier, more simple and more efficient;
- CIP (Clean-In-Place) system;
- Multiple drums are exchangeable to suit process requirements of single batch;
- Especially designed spray gun, atomization pressure can be automatically adjusted;
- Spraying angle can be directly adjusted during the coating process;
- Fan motor adopts frequency converter to vary the flow rates of the fan, thus adapting to different batches of tablet coating;
