1. The DA52W CNC bending solution from Delem, a Dutch company, and the electric-hydraulic proportional servo valve from the Germany BOSCH company are adopted to acquire the consistent and precise bending performance. The close-loop type control system consists of CNC grating ruler and electric-hydraulic proportional servo valve (with a matching electronic amplifier). So the CNC hydraulic press brake can precisely monitor and control the relative position and synchronization precision of the sliding block on the working table. Thus the sliding block can operate synchronically, while the bending depth and bending angle can be precisely guaranteed.

2. The seal ring is purchased from a Japanese company, VALQUA, and its sealing performance is quite desirable.

3. The main parts like frame, sliding block, and working table of the CNC hydraulic press brake are once formed by a CNC floor type boring and milling machine, making solid contribution to the precise processing.

4. The guiding rail of the machine is made of advanced self-lubricating material, so that no regular lubricating maintenance is needed.
