The HS-FYSJ-II medical suction unit is made up of a vacuum pressure regulator and canister. When the canister is filled with fluid waste, the float ball in the canister will seal the outlet to prevent fluid waste overflow. Due to its small capacity, this suction unit is generally used for children. We offer capacities of 200ml and 500ml.
Material- The valve of the vacuum pressure regulator is made of H59-1 brass and features a long useful life.
- The lid of the canister is made from ABS material.
- Silica gel is used to make the sealing element of the suction unit and it is characterized by good sealing performance.
- Working pressure: 0 ~ -0.075Mpa (adjustable)
- Gas flow rate of suction (under vacuum pressure condition): 0 - 30L/min (adjustable)
- The vacuum pressure can be adjusted according to the flow rate of fluid waste to prevent overflow
- When the volume of the fluid reaches capacity, the float ball in the canister will seal up the outlet automatically to shut off the flow.
- The jar of the canister is made from PC material and can be sterilized at high temperature and reused.
- This type of device is an integral suction unit, can be used with a matched canister of any capacity. After connecting the vacuum tube to the canister, plug the unit into the gas terminal outlet.
- The jar and plastic lid should be washed with tap water and then dipped in disinfectant to sterilize before use. Inserting the plug of control knob into gas terminal outlet, the plug will be locked when a “click” is heard.
- Turn on vacuum control knob slowly and show the negative pressure value of central suction; then, according to patient’s requirement for the volume of fluid waste, control the flow rate via fine tuning knob.
- By the end of utilization, turn off the vacuum control knob and unplug the vacuum connection tube.
