HS-FYSJ-I medical suction unit is the medical device that vacuum control valve and canister are separate, which makes it flexible to replace different capacity canisters considering the amount of fluid waste is different between patients sometimes. According to patients’ actual demands, Huasheng provides various canisters for using flexibly, including 1000ml, 2000ml, 2500ml, 3000ml, 5000ml and so on. Canisters of 1000ml and 2000ml can be hanged on the back of bed or wall-mounted hooks, and the larger capacity of canisters can be equipped with a trolley of universal wheel and pulled freely on the ground.

- Gas flow rate of suction (under vacuum pressure condition): 0 - 30L/min (adjustable)
- When vacuum suction is performed under the pressure of -0.075Mpa, canister and suction tube not only can be nondeformable but also can prevent the backflow of fluid waste into the pipe
- When the volume of fluid up to the setting capacity, the float ball in the canister will seal up the outlet automatically, make the flow shutoff and prevent the fluid waste overflow.
- The jar is made from PC material and can be sterilized at high temperature and reused.
- The jar and plastic lid should be washed by the tap water and then dipped in the disinfectant to sterilize before use. Inserting the plug of control knob into gas terminal outlet, the plug will be locked when a sound of “click” is heard.
- Turn on vacuum control knob slowly and show the negative pressure value of central suction; then, according to patient’s requirement for the amount of suctioned waste, control the flow rate via fine tuning knob. Up to the limited capacity, the float ball in the canister will seal up automatically.
- By the end of utilization, turn off the vacuum control knob and unplug vacuum connection tube.
