Overall Design
1. The check valve comes with long working life, stable performance, simple structure, light weight and subtle pressure difference between opening and closing.
2. Its compact body considerably reduces the stress on pipe supports, so as to avert the deformation of the pipe.
3. There are various options for you to choose from, like no-clean silicon, oxygen cleaning, vertically installation and so on.
4. This one-way valve is equipped with an external spring, so as to prevent the spring from directly contacting media that contain fiber or corrosive, which avoids the possibility of being twined by fiber or corroded by media. In this way, the useful life of valve is effectively prolonged.
Features
1. Body
The wafer body of check valve comes with integrally cast structure, small size, light weight and easy installation.
2. Disc
Cast in stainless steel or aluminum bronze, the flow control equipment is proud of high strength and corrosion resistance, which avoids possible disc deformation due to water hammer pressure.
3. Spring
According to actual requirements, the stainless steel spring supports flexible adjustment. It can be opened and closed rapidly without any resistance owing to exact calculation and precision design.
4. Seat
Made of EPDM or NBR, the seat of check valve is inset in the body, successfully preventing the movement of seat during the opening or closing of disc, which ensures desirable sealing property.
