- The surface top hammer drill rig is equipped with T38/T45 shank allowing for drilling vertical, inclined and horizontal blast holes of 64-115mm diameter; It can realize economical drilling with drill depth of up to 25 meters;
- Montabert hydraulic drifter is adopted, with impact power of 24kW and torque of 955Nm;
- Hydraulic hoses and seals do not operate in high pressure conditions since the hydraulic drifter works under low oil pressure, thus resulting in prolonged service life, high reliability and less maintenance cost;
- The rock drill (drifter) uses stepped piston, which improves the efficiency of impact energy transfer from drill to rock, increases drilling speed, lowers the consumption of drilling tools while keeping the drill rig in good condition;
- Anti-jamming system improves the drilling rig's adaptability to various difficulties in drilling operation;
- KAISHAN air compressor with air delivery of 8.5m3/min and pressure of 10bar is used in the surface top hammer drill rig, ensuring energy saving and environmental protection;
- The surface top hammer drill rig has an anti-fall device that prevents drill rods from falling to the ground; Rod storage capacity is of 6 1 rods, and the rod changer allows one-key rod changing for fast and easy operation;
- Dual-speed traveling system offers high driving speed and powerful climbing capacity, and the chassis has leveling mechanism and is coupled with additional hydraulic stabilizer legs to provide greater stability in different terrains;
- Automatic lubrication system with electromagnetic pulse ensures that the drilling tools are fully lubricated;
- All key components and control valves are from world's renowned brands to guarantee the high stability;
- Dry dust collector is used to keep drilling dust to a minimum;
- Ergonomic operator's cab is configured with air conditioner, LCD display, pilot control and automatic operation system, creating a comfortable, safe and eco-friendly working environment for the operator;
