Ultra High Pressure Pump, 200TJ3
Our 200TJ3 series ultra-high pressure pump is a great choice for water jet cleaning applications. This water jetting machine is specifically designed for heavy duty cleaning jobs for ships, tanks, boilers and steel structures, offshore platforms, road and bridge structures, etc. It is built to pump water, emulsified fluids, and other liquids. Additionally, the UHP pump is compact, lightweight and highly efficient.
Structures and Features
Power End
The power end of the ultra- high pressure pump adopts a forced lubrication system for the internally mounted high speed shaft and crank shaft that are driven by herringbone gears. This structure ensures stable transmission, low friction and low noise. The power end of the fluid pump keeps temperatures at minimum levels for continuous operation.
Fluid End
Made using the technology imported from the US company Jetech, the fluid end of our high pressure pump features a reasonable design that facilitates simple maintenance tasks and provides functional reliability.
