Description
The WEP-853D hot air soldering station is designed to carry out various treatments, including heat shrinkage, drying, pain removal, thawing, debonding, reheating, and rubber welding on different electronic components. It is integrated with a 30V/5A DC current, hot air gun and soldering iron. The control panel features an aluminum panel and the DC current display can be switched between mA/A.

Features

PID controller used for the real-time tracking of the air gun temperature and soldering iron temperature with high-speed 100ms cycle, and auto corrects the temperature with high stability.
High precision DC power supply: Output voltage: Adjustable between 0-30V DC, Output Current: Adjustable between 0-5A. The power supply is protected from overloading with high precision and reliability.
The power port comes with a voltmeter instead of using exterior precision digital voltmeter.
Handle protection function, the air gun and soldering iron handles have to be placed on the holder when powering on the rework station to begin normal functioning. The main reason is for safety if the handles are misplaced in dangerous locations.
