200psi Corrugated UHMWPE Food Hose
The 200psi corrugated UHMWPE food hose is designed for high pressure conveyance of various food and potable water applications. The UHMWPE tube is inert and will not break down even when it is exposed to corrosive materials that can sometimes be found in certain food products. The corrugated structure of the hose allows for maximum flexibility while maintaining a strong structure.
Applications
Food and beverage handling hose
Our company provides longer hoses that have a significantly longer working life than conventional hoses. Kinking not only restricts flow, it also results in permanent fatigue and wear points within the hose.
Food hose for milk and consumable fluids
Our hoses for milk and consumable fluids meet tough FDA sanitation requirements. FDA grade white rubber (EPDM) is used for the lining and cover, offering a service temperature range of -20° F to 180° F. An optional high-temperature white chlorobutyl lining can be supplied for temperatures up to 300° F for steam or chemical cleaning.
Food hose for dry bulk food products
Abrasive dry bulk materials such as grains, flour, sugar, beans, dry pharmaceuticals, and food starch, require a high-grade FDA pure gum rubber tube. The tube lining and cover of our food hoses meet FDA sanitary standards and are easily sanitized.
Food hose for delivery edible oils
This hose with white FDA grade nitrile (NR) tube can handle the transfer of all types of oil-based food products, including tallow, olive oil, palm oil, peanut, sunflower, and soybean oil. The construction with nitrile (NR) cover provides superior flexibility, oil resistance, and a low drag coefficient.
