Characteristics

The screw driving robot realizes automatic detection of screw missing, screw slip teeth and floating lock.
Equipped with universal fixture, the robot has high flexibility and can be used in various types of products.
Screws of M1.0-M4.0 can be fastened using this machine by replacing different screw conveyer, suction nozzle and screwdriver bit.
The screw driving robot is compact in size and is easy to pair with a production line. Automatically pick and tighten screws, greatly improve working efficiency.
The double XY-axis design can realize the alternate operation and eliminate the time of picking and placing products, which realizes fast screw fastening and maximizes the production efficiency.
