Glass Lined Chemical Processing Equipment
Qianqiao’s glass lined columns are all surfaced by means of cold spray technique that requires the enamel powder to be obtained by repeated grinding and natural drying. Under this process, the glass lined column caps and sections are featured by uniform thickness of coating layer. The enamel layer forms a strong bond with the substrate metal, providing a uniform layer thickness while preventing air bubbles and coating falling off. With our advanced enameling process, we are capable of manufacturing glass lined equipment meeting or exceeding the standards prescribed by European Standard and DIN Standard.

- Using porcelain enamel special for piping system, various colors such as white, sky blue, cobalt blue are available;
- Enamel cold spraying process;
- Neck flanges are used at both ends, the welding seam is away from the contact between pipe end and flange;
