Plansifter, Separating product and impurities
The plansifter is an efficient cleaning machine integrating aspiration and sieve cleaning to separate grain from impurities with a high throughput.
Features
- Working with three kinds of motions
The plansifter swings left and right to ensure a uniform grain distribution. The middle part of the machine performs a circular motion to help grade the grain, while the outlet swings front and back to enhance the grade accuracy. - Hermetic design
The plansifter features a hermetic design. Its inlet and outlet is equipped with dust collection device to collect lightweight particles and dust. - Safe suspension structure
The sieve box is suspended by steel ropes to prevent vibration transmission onto the sieve frame to ensure a stable machine operation and long service life. - Wide range of applicationsIt can be widely used in terminals, ports, reception areas, and processing plants for pre-cleaning processes for grain, rice, and animal feed.

Working Principle
Because grains and impurities feature different sizes, the plansifter is designed with two sieve layers to remove any impurities. The first sieve layer is designed to remove coarse or larger particles that cannot pass through this layer and are then expelled from the upward side. The second sieve layer is designed to remove broken, sand, or smaller particles. Only smaller particles can pass through the second layer and will be expelled from the bottom of the second sieve layer.
