Application
The cyclone separator is a multi-functional dust collector that consists of the cyclone cylinder, dust hopper and the volute housing. This dust removal equipment can come with 1, 2, 3 or 6 cylinders to meet the requirements of different applications. As an industrial dust collector, it can be used to remove dust in the machining, metallurgy, casting, furniture, building material, chemical, grain processing cement and mining industries.

Working Principle
The cyclone separator is also known as the cyclone centrifugal dust collector. During operation, dusty air enters the dust collector through an opening at the top of the machine, and then moves downward along the wall of the dust removal housing in a centrifugal rotating manner. As dust and air have very different gravities, when dusty air enters the cyclone separators, its flow speed slows down. When the centrifugal force vanishes, dust remains inside the dust collector and clean air is released through the air outlet.
