Electrical Control System
The 25T construction machinery uses a PLC electrical control system for reliability and safety. The system controls the hoisting mechanism, slewing mechanism and trolleying mechanism and monitors all safety-limit signals. The system self-diagnoses any problems alerts the user to them immediately.

The main electric elements for the hammerhead tower crane are from internationally known brands, such as contactors and circuit-breakers from Schneider in France, PLC controllers from Mitsubishi in Japan, and frequency converters from Yaskawa Electric Corporation in Japan. These components provide the construction tower crane with great overload capacity and a stable performance.

Seventy percent of all tower crane errors are the result of electric failures. However, our hammerhead tower cranes have fewer errors because of our quality electric system design, fitness parameters for special motors, and excellent materials from international brands.

Safety-Protection Devices
Adhering to GB5144 safety regulations for top slewing tower cranes, our cranes are equipped with safety-protection devices such as a moment limiter, overload limit switch, over hoist limit switch, slewing limit switch, trolley limit switch and anemoscope. Our hammerhead tower cranes also have an automatic hook rate-changed device, double-tensile device for trolley wire rope, trip-proof device for climbing, fast-hitch connectors on the slewing mast and jibs or counter-jibs. Each of these ensure the tower crane's safety.

Structure
With our advanced computer software and technology, Mingwei's construction machinery has been developed to have high grade strength, rigidity, and reduced chances of errors or failure. The tower section of the TC7052 tower crane is made of a metal sheet and treated pivots connect the two tower sections. The main standing bar is a square shaped steel tube made from two-angle steels with submerged-arc welding. Reliable and stable, the crane has small wind resistance and good mechanics.
