Truck Mounted Water Well Drilling Rig, HFT400
Main Features
The HFT400 truck mounted water well drilling rig uses an 8X4 special crane chassis from Chan'an Truck, which includes the transfer case, gearbox, double-winch unit, mud pump, turntable, drilling tower, and feed mechanism. Power comes from the truck engine and the rig can be configured to work with a diesel or electric engine.
This rotary drilling rig with directional circulation is equipped with a BW850/2A mud pump that uses slurry as the washing fluid, allowing the machine to drill through clay, sand and rock if equipped with the right drilling bit.
A generator (MF) makes it convenient to work at night.
When drilling through mud rock, a pressure device increases working efficiency.
The main drive is mechanical and the four landing legs and drilling tower are hydraulic controlled. Transfer case and mud pump clutch system are air operated.
According to the client's requirements, the drilling equipment can carry out down-the-hole hammer drilling with USA's Sullair, Japan's PDSKIOOS, Sweden's Atlas, and China's Kaishan, Hongwuhuang; air lifting reverse circulation drilling with air-water tap, double-wall drilling pipes, and gas-water separators; hydraulic DTH hammer drilling rock breaking with 850/2A mud pump; and core-drilling with other special drilling tools.
The rig is highly efficient, thanks to the turntable's large torque. The water well rotary rig is a multifunctional drilling rig, used for water well, construction, building foundations, geological exploration, and geothermic wells.
