The stainless steel bar can be divided into black bar and light bar. The black bar is hot-rolled steel bar dirently from steel ingot. The surface is black because of the oxide. The light bar is processed from black bar by peeling off the surface oxide and polishing.
Features
The stainless steel bar features good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. It also has good hot working performance such as punching and bending. It can not be hardened by heat treatment.
