Using a servo electric drive system for motion control, the electro-hydraulic press brake is designed to create bends on plates 2500mm to 8000mm long and of maximum nominal pressure up to 16000. Moving parts work in perfect sync to ensure repeatable metal bending results and precise control of the ram position.

Brief Introduction
1. All welded construction. Consists of parts that have been optimized via finite element analysis software. Guaranteed reliability and precision.
2. Hydraulic cylinders are installed instead of stop blocks on both sides of the press brake for precise control of the ram (slide or upper beam) movement. Imported electro-hydraulic servo valve and Fiber Bragg grating sensor forms a closed loop control system meaning that the position of upper beam (ram or slide) is accurately monitored and controlled.
3. The back gauge system consists of imported components for accuracy. Upon customer request, we can add more back gauges that have anywhere from 1 to 6 axes of movement.
4. Integrated control reduces the number of pipelines needed to make up the hydraulic system, ensuring stability and simplifying set-up.
5. C-frames on both sides of the press brake are fitted with high-precision Fiber Bragg grating sensor which prevents frame deformation from affecting the bend accuracy.
6. The work table of our brake press comes with a hydraulically-powered deflection compensator (also called springback compensator) for consistent, accurate bending results.
7. CNC system comes from ESA, DELEM, or CYBELEC, and can do a variety of works, including bend angle graphical programming, bend angle compensation, bend pressure calculation and adjustment, calculation of workpiece length (when fully extended), bend pressure (during bottom bending), open height, and automatically moving the backgauge backwards.
