Generally, aluminum manufacturers and aluminum cast project contractors have strict requirements for capacity, finished product quality and project delivery cycle when choosing a casting machine. Liancheng's stationary type melting furnace can perfectly meet their needs. The aluminum melting furnace can use heavy oil, diesel, natural gas and LPG as its fuel, and it has realized 3t~35t production capacity.
Here you will find a high quality, cost effective aluminum melting solution. It is a tilting type melting furnace with a capacity of about 20t. The foundry equipment is constructed from double-layer heat insulating bricks, double-layer high alumina refractory bricks, refractory castables and one layer of fiber felt. Furnace wall thickness reaches about 500mm.
For aluminum alloy die-casting plants, sand casting plants, gravity casting plants, smelting plants and the like, the aluminum dross processing machine from Liancheng is the exact solution they need to recycle the dross of more than 700°. Using this aluminum dross recycling equipment, they can recycle the dross generated in aluminum smelting process and reduce aluminum alloy content in the dross from 40%-60% to less than 5%.
