Steel Spiral Hose
Steel braided hose can be referred to by construction style. One-wire braided hose is built to SAE100R1AT-EN835 1SN standards, whereas two-wire braided hose meets SAE100 R2AT-EN853 2SN specifications.
The high-pressure steel hose features an inner tube constructed of oil-resistant rubber compounds with a smooth inner wall surface causing little drag to the media being conveyed. Outer reinforcement features 4-wire spiral construction, providing added strength and pressure resistance. The sleek beauty of outmost rubber cover is further complemented by a wear-resistant surface.
Applications
Steel spiral hose is best recommended for use in oil and gas well cementing, repair, oil and gas exploration work, on small drilling rigs, and to convey slurry, coal, and lukewarm water.
